The collection consists of measuring and control instruments used in research, engineering production, and the operation of engineering equipment. The largest component of the collection is the workshop measuring tools and control gauges. This includes calipers, micrometers, indicators, protractors, sets of gauges, marking tools, and various special workshop measuring devices. Operational measuring instruments are primarily represented by various types and systems of thermometers, pressure gauges, and vacuum gauges, as well as special devices such as a smoke gas composition analyzer.
